We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day administrative support activities to keep office operations running smoothly
Welcome visitors, direct inquiries, and provide attentive front-desk assistance
Answer inbound phone calls promptly and route messages to the appropriate contacts
Enter, update, and maintain data in office systems with a high level of accuracy
Prepare, organize, and file documents to support administrative and operational needs
Coordinate general office tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record management
Assist with administrative updates or process changes as needed to support business operations.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role
Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts
Experience performing data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in general administrative assistance and office coordination tasks
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
