Job Responsibility:
Record keeping
Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
Handling administrative requests from managers as well as the directors
Preparation of engagement forms for clients
Financial statement typesetting and runoffs
Preparation and formatting of documents as required
Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinating the team’s billing processes including preparing, sending invoices to clients, and following up on outstanding invoices
Assisting with the execution and documentation of various required compliance, quality and risk management processes, including client and engagement acceptance and continuance procedures
Act as a point of contact for administrative queries and liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Champion the centralisation of administrative functions through best practices
Support general office duties and ad hoc tasks as directed by senior management to improve administrative efficiency
Requirements:
Strong organisational and time management skills to execute administrative duties around various projects
Experienced in using MS office applications
Eager to learn and with a positive, can-do attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Process and detail oriented
Able to manage own time to meet deadlines
Approachable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Previous experience working in an office environment in a similar role will be considered an asset
