We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Little Elm, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position where you will play a vital role in supporting administrative tasks and customer service operations. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Handle customer payments with accuracy and ensure proper documentation
Assist in setting up new accounts and maintaining account records
Scan and save important documents securely into the system
Process various customer payments efficiently, adhering to company guidelines
Provide attentive customer service support through inbound and outbound calls
Respond to email inquiries promptly and with attention to detail
Perform data entry tasks to ensure all records are updated and organized
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
Learn and utilize the billing program effectively to manage payment processing tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing outbound communication
Skilled in email correspondence and maintaining detail-oriented communication
Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail
Ability to handle payment processing tasks with accuracy and confidentiality
Familiarity with scanning and saving documents electronically
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems or tools as needed
