Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization in the Lehigh Valley seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who can also provide occasional support to the accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and is comfortable assisting with both office operations and basic financial tasks.
Job Responsibility
Provide day-to-day administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and reporting
Support the accounting team with tasks such as: Invoice processing and tracking, Data entry into accounting systems, Assisting with accounts payable/receivable, Filing and organizing financial records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office inquiries
Coordinate meetings and assist with office projects as needed
Requirements
2+ years of administrative experience (accounting exposure a plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience preferred)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
