Job Responsibility
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments across multiple stakeholders
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy
Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and documentation
Support leadership with special projects, event coordination, and operational tasks
Assist with office coordination, including supply management and vendor communication
Requirements
1–3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Professional communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to anticipate needs and work both independently and collaboratively
