Job Responsibility
Maintain and organize complex administrative records and data to support statewide field services activities
Coordinate the flow of information between the coordinator and statewide committees to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
Research labor and management topics and compile relevant information to assist committee discussions and follow-up actions
Attend committee meetings, document key discussions and decisions, and prepare clear summaries for leadership review
Edit, finalize, and distribute approved meeting reports to committee members and other appropriate parties
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and general office coordination
Handle inbound calls and reception-related tasks with care and timely follow-through
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support or office-based role
Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data entry and manage detailed information efficiently
Experience supporting meetings through note-taking, report preparation, or related documentation tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
Comfortable handling inbound calls, receptionist responsibilities, and general administrative office duties
Proficiency in organizing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality in a detail-focused setting
