Robert Half is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. Job Responsibility

  • Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support by preparing documents, maintaining files, and assisting with general office coordination.
  • Enter, update, and verify information in internal records and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Support executives and team members with scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
  • Monitor front desk activity, manage incoming and outgoing communications, and help maintain an organized office environment.
  • Handle routine receptionist duties, including greeting guests, responding to basic questions, and relaying messages promptly.
