Job Responsibility:
Manage scheduling and calendars including coordinating meetings across global time zones
Prepare and edit correspondences, reports, and presentations
Organize and track departmental priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Arrange travel and logistics for team members including booking flights, accommodations, and managing itineraries
Handle expense reports and invoice processing
Maintain documentation and records including team workflows, documents, and key operational files
Assist with onboarding of new team members including coordinating training
Plan team initiatives and events as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of high-level admin experience
Experience within financial services required
Experience with scheduling across global time zones
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
