We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Columbiana, Ohio. Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain confidential tax and accounting documents to ensure accessibility and compliance
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for tax specialists to optimize their workflow
Assist with processing invoices, billing, and payments while maintaining accurate financial records
Update client databases and records to ensure information is current and properly organized
Draft correspondence, reports, and presentation materials to support team operations
Distribute mail, manage office supplies, and oversee general office upkeep
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through clear communication and efficient problem-solving
Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and enhance overall efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a tax, accounting, or detail-oriented services environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent required
