We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Baie D'Urfé for a 1 year maternity leave contract. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient administrative support to various departments within the company.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries
Assist with inventory management, including ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination
Perform data entry (Excel)
Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and employee engagement activities
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Requirements:
5 years experience in a similar position
Excellent command of MS Office suite (particularly Excel)
