Job Responsibility
Manage incoming phone calls effectively, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and ensure callers receive timely assistance
Enter, update, and maintain business information in internal records with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
Support day-to-day administrative activities such as scheduling, document preparation, filing, and coordination of office tasks
Assist with bookkeeping-related functions by using QuickBooks to organize financial records and process routine entries
Monitor and organize office documentation so materials are easy to access and current
Communicate with internal team members and external contacts to help keep administrative processes moving efficiently
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative support or office coordination role
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Working knowledge of QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping or financial administrative tasks
Proficiency with standard office software and general computer applications
