We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
Answer and direct inbound calls in a detail-oriented and courteous manner
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Organize and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible
Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations
Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Prepare reports and presentations as requested by the management team
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures to maintain an efficient workplace
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in data entry and the ability to handle detailed tasks with precision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
A detail-oriented approach and the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals
