Job Responsibility:
Manage and organize administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Answer and direct inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information to callers
Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail to maintain accurate records
Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
Coordinate office activities and schedules to promote efficient workflow
Prepare and process various forms, documents, and correspondence
Maintain and update filing systems to ensure easy access to documentation
Support team members with administrative needs and special projects
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain inventory
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing front desk responsibilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent attention to detail, especially in data entry and record keeping
Familiarity with office software and tools, including word processing and spreadsheet applications
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
