The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth office operations by handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. This role maintains organization, communicates with internal and external contacts, and assists with daily office needs.
Job Responsibility:
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings or appointments for staff
answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
order office supplies and handle other purchasing tasks as needed
assist with travel arrangements and event planning
support other administrative and operational projects as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
additional administrative training or certification preferred
previous office or administrative experience is preferred
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
excellent written and verbal communication skills
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
ability to handle confidential information professionally
