Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure the team runs efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to administrative support.
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to managers and team members
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies
Greet visitors and assist with front desk coverage as needed
Support data entry, expense reporting, and general clerical duties
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
