We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across the team.
Job Responsibility
Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Support onboarding tasks, record keeping, and internal documentation
Assist with special projects and provide support to team members as needed
Requirements
1–3+ years of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor
