Job Responsibility
Keep daily office operations running smoothly by managing administrative tasks and priorities
Gather and organize information from multiple sources, creating accurate reports in Excel
Make outbound calls to insurance professionals to verify details and support reporting needs
Professionally handle inbound calls and document key information
Maintain and update records across multiple systems with a high level of accuracy
Provide front-office and receptionist support while serving as a reliable team resource
Collaborate with teammates to problem-solve and complete work efficiently
Requirements
1+ year of administrative, office support, or coordination experience
Confidence handling both inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented setting
Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Working knowledge of Excel for creating and organizing reports
Comfort learning new systems and following established processes
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
