We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and project support for workforce development initiatives. This is a high-visibility role supporting leadership and program teams, requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support for special initiatives and projects
Assist with documentation, scheduling, reporting, and coordination of activities
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Apply knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations related to workforce development
Maintain organized records, files, and databases
prepare reports and correspondence as needed
Support leadership in managing deadlines, deliverables, and program compliance requirements
Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant administrative support or project coordination experience, preferably in workforce development or grant-funded programs
Bilingual in Spanish
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
