We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Clive, Iowa. In this role, you will provide essential support to financial advisors by coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and delivering excellent customer service. Job Responsibility:
Schedule and coordinate meetings for financial advisors, ensuring all logistical details are addressed
Prepare necessary documents and materials for meetings to support advisor presentations and discussions
Maintain accurate and organized records to streamline document management processes
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving client issues
Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, adhering to company standards
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including processing faxes and maintaining filing systems
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions
