We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support by organizing and maintaining office systems and procedures
Answer and manage inbound calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel
Perform accurate data entry tasks to ensure records and information are up to date
Coordinate receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming correspondence
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace is well-organized
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other events
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Support various administrative functions to enhance overall productivity
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles or office support
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software tools
Ability to manage inbound calls and direct inquiries efficiently
