We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant, providing dedicated support to all related administration works for growing the Consumer Product Management Team in Penang (Sandisk Storage Malaysia, Batu Kawan).
Job Responsibility:
Sample shipment arrangements/executions
Scheduling meetings
Managing travel arrangements and visitors logistics
Handling expense reimbursements
Managing the Department Events
PO/PR
Coordinate the shipment of samples as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Track shipments and provide regular updates to the stake-holders
Act as a liaison between the Penang Consumer Team and internal/external stakeholders
Draft and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Handle routine inquiries and prioritize messages for timely responses
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the team, including internal and external appointments
Prepare meeting agendas and assist in the documentation of meeting minutes
Manage all aspects of travel planning, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation
Ensure travel itineraries align with the company policies
Prepare and Submit Traveling Budget in Concur System
Reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
Diploma in any field
At least 5 years of experience in administration or similar field
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Team and Asana)
