Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help maintain an efficient and well-organized office environment
Receive and direct incoming calls effectively, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and accurately
Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while maintaining a courteous and detail-oriented presence
Enter, update, and review data in internal records with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
Organize documents, correspondence, and office files so information is easy to access and maintain
Assist with general office coordination, including scheduling, message handling, and routine clerical support
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist-focused role
Ability to manage inbound phone calls clearly, professionally, and efficiently
