We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a Real Estate & Property organization in Brooklyn, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling a mix of front-desk coordination, phone support, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, effectiveness in a fast-paced office setting, and the ability to keep records and communications running smoothly.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help maintain an efficient and well-organized office environment
