Job Responsibility:
Update job descriptions and templates with accuracy and attention to detail
Utilize Microsoft Word and SharePoint to manage and organize documents effectively
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence
Enter, verify, and maintain data to ensure records are up-to-date and accessible
Handle inbound calls with care and direct them to appropriate personnel
Maintain an appearance and demeanor that reflects attention to detail and aligns with business standards
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and administrative needs
Validate parking and maintain proper documentation for related tasks
Ensure compliance with organizational standards in all administrative processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office 365, and SharePoint
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with receptionist duties and data entry processes
Demonstrates a detail-oriented approach and follows business attire standards
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
