We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a Contract position for someone who can keep administrative tasks organized, provide a welcoming front-desk presence, and help ensure smooth communication across the office. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a variety of clerical duties, managing inbound calls, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day administrative activities to keep office operations efficient and well organized
Receive and direct incoming phone calls courteously, ensuring messages and inquiries reach the appropriate contacts
Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while maintaining a positive and organized office environment
Enter, update, and maintain records with accuracy to support reporting and general administrative needs
Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, correspondence, and other routine office materials
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and general office communications to support team productivity
Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and other clerical functions that contribute to smooth daily operations
Requirements
Experience providing administrative support in an office setting
Ability to handle inbound calls courteously and route information accurately
Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail
Comfortable performing receptionist and front-desk responsibilities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a contract role
