We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a growing organization in Miami, Florida. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced detail oriented environment.
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to management and office staff
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems and accurate office records
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
Order office supplies and assist with office coordination
Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
2+ years of administrative assistant or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
High school diploma required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Nice to have
Experience supporting executives or multiple departments
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience with scheduling software or ERP systems
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
