We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This Contract to permanent position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks effectively while supporting the organization’s operations. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and bring strong organizational skills to contribute to the team's success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Answer and direct inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update records efficiently
Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Maintain filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
Handle general office duties, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
Support special projects and assignments as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrates a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and team members
High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience handling data entry and receptionist duties is highly desirable
