We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. Job Responsibility:
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
Manage daily office tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining organized records
Perform accurate data entry to update and maintain critical business information
Assist with receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing front desk activities
Support administrative projects and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by management
Maintain a well-organized workspace and oversee inventory of office supplies
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflow and optimize office procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a related role
Proficiency in data entry and handling office equipment
