An exciting opportunity with a company located in Ann Arbor for an experienced Administrative Assistant able to work FULLY ONSITE 35 hours a week. In this role, you will be supporting the procurement team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and demonstrates strong communication and time-management skills. You should be able to follow direction closely, incorporate feedback, and be tech savvy. Pay up to $21/hr.

Entering purchase orders
Assist with processing requisitions

Typing correspondence and running maintenance reports on Excel

Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience required in a true Administrative Assistant role is required
Prior administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and time-management abilities
detail oriented, dependable, and able to work independently
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency are required
At least 2 years of recent experience in a dedicated Administrative Assistant position, with 3+ years of overall relevant experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and manage time effectively in a fast-paced support role
Proven ability to work independently, follow instructions carefully, and respond well to feedback
Reliable and highly detail-oriented in daily responsibilities
Experience supporting administrative processes such as reporting, payroll entry, and general office coordination
Comfortable handling multi-line phone coverage and interacting effectively with internal and external contacts
