We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our daily operations running like a well-oiled machine. You will be the face of the office and the backbone of our administrative workflow. Job Responsibility:
Manage daily office operations, including mail distribution, supplies procurement, and maintaining a tidy workspace
Coordinate complex calendars, book travel arrangements, and organize internal/external meetings
Act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
Prepare reports, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and assist with basic data entry
Assist various departments with special projects, event planning, and presentation prep
Requirements:
1–3 years in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs before they arise and handle curveballs with grace
High level of integrity when handling sensitive or confidential information
