Job Responsibility:
Serve as the initial contact for department calls, managing inquiries and routing as needed
Support team members by providing administrative backup during absences
Draft, refine, and organize documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized department workspace and digital files
Handle internal and external communications, including purchase orders, inventory requests, check requests, and correspondence
Requirements:
