Job Responsibility
Manage front-desk and administrative activities to keep day-to-day office operations running efficiently
Answer incoming calls promptly, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide courteous assistance to callers
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy while maintaining organized and up-to-date records
Welcome visitors and provide attentive receptionist support to create a positive office experience
Prepare, sort, and maintain documents, correspondence, and other administrative materials as needed
Coordinate routine office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and general clerical support for internal teams
Monitor administrative details closely and follow established procedures to ensure consistent office support
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or general office support role
Strong ability to manage inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders
Proficiency in data entry with careful attention to detail and accuracy
Working knowledge of standard administrative office practices and clerical procedures
Ability to organize multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a busy environment
