Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations on a contract basis. Job Responsibility:
Sort, scan, and organize documents to maintain accurate records during busy periods
Perform a variety of general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations
Efficiently utilize Microsoft Office applications and standard office equipment to complete assignments
Manage incoming phone calls, providing professional receptionist support as needed
Maintain a well-organized workspace and assist with document filing and data entry
Stand for extended periods to complete scanning and other physical office tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a corporate or detail-oriented office setting
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfortable standing for long periods when completing scanning or similar tasks
