Our client, a respected nonprofit organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their mission-driven team. Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level administrative support to directors and program staff, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
Assist with event planning and logistics, including scheduling, registrations, and vendor communication
Draft and edit donor letters, reports, presentations, and other organizational communications
Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
Track invoices, process expense reports, and support basic bookkeeping tasks
Support fundraising initiatives and help maintain donor databases
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
Contribute to a positive, mission-centric team culture
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with donor management systems or CRM tools is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities
Professionalism, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to exercise discretion with sensitive information
