We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Augusta, Georgia. This role is fully on-site and will focus on providing crucial administrative support during a transitional period. Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Organize and maintain schedules, documents, and records for streamlined workflows
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Answer inbound calls and manage correspondence professionally
Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries
Utilize Excel for data organization, reporting, and basic analysis
Assist with accounts payable processes as needed
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Maintain a well-organized office environment to enhance productivity
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles or related fields
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work 100% on-site in Augusta, Georgia
