Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations
Answer incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members

Greet and assist visitors or clients, creating a welcoming office environment
Coordinate schedules and appointments to support team productivity
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed

Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team
Support various administrative projects and tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or related roles
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Familiarity with office software and systems
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
