We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for a growing agriculture company in Fallbrook. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping things on track, and supporting a hardworking, hands-on team. You’ll be involved in a mix of office coordination, reporting, and operational support, with exposure to the business side of agriculture.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to operations and leadership teams
Manage schedules, calendars, and internal communications
Maintain records related to inventory, shipments, and production logs
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounting coordination
Coordinate vendor communications and service scheduling
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Support compliance documentation and reporting requirements
Assist with data entry and tracking across spreadsheets and internal systems
Help coordinate team meetings and prepare reports or presentations
Requirements:
Two to four years of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience in agriculture, farming, logistics, or a related industry
Familiarity with inventory tracking or operations support
Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping processes
