We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. Job Responsibility
Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to help the office run smoothly and efficiently
Answer incoming calls courteously, assist customers with questions, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and help organize appointments and internal communications
Prepare, update, and organize records, documents, and other administrative materials with a high level of accuracy
Provide general support to staff by managing correspondence, tracking tasks, and following up on outstanding items
Welcome visitors and handle front-office interactions in a courteous and attentive manner
Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support or office coordination role
Background in call center customer service with the ability to handle phone interactions professionally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with standard office software and general computer applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
High attention to detail and a dependable approach to daily responsibilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
