We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at a property management company in Glendale, California. This position requires a dedicated individual who excels at managing multiple tasks, maintaining organization, and providing exceptional support to the team. Job Responsibility:
Facilitate tenant onboarding, coordinating move-in and move-out processes with efficiency
Prepare and manage leases, notices, and other property-related documentation
Maintain accurate and accessible digital and physical filing systems
Process rent payments, invoices, and perform essential data entry tasks
Coordinate maintenance requests and serve as a liaison between tenants and vendors
Schedule appointments and provide assistance to property managers when required
Perform general office duties, including handling mail, copying, scanning, and ordering supplies
Ensure smooth daily operations by responding to inquiries and addressing administrative needs promptly
Support team members by maintaining organized workflows and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
additional college coursework is an advantage
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or office roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask effectively and work independently in a dynamic environment
Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail in your approach to work
Effective communication skills, including answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries
Nice to have:
Familiarity with property management or real estate is beneficial but not mandatory
experience with property management software is a plus
