We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join our team in Merced, California. Job Responsibility:
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel plans to ensure smooth coordination for staff and board members
Prepare detailed agendas, accurate reports, and meeting minutes to support effective communication and documentation
Assist in creating thorough presentations, spreadsheets, and other essential documents as required
Maintain accurate filing systems, including electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access and organization
Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring resources are adequately stocked
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Handle confidential information with discretion and care
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in scheduling, meeting organization, and calendar management
Familiarity with filing systems, including e-filing and paper filing
Ability to create and edit presentations, spreadsheets, and documents with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in handling confidential information and maintaining discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
