Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain calendars, ensuring appointments and deadlines are effectively managed
Coordinate with brokers, vendors, bankers, and other professionals to facilitate seamless communication and operations
Search for and compile information on new real estate listings
Handle real estate documentation with precision and attention to detail
Assist with moving coordination involving multiple storage facilities and properties
Perform errands as needed to support office and property-related tasks
Execute administrative duties typical of a real estate office, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a real estate office
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities
Familiarity with real estate documents and processes
Competence in researching and compiling property listings
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders
Proficiency in common administrative tasks, including data entry and receptionist duties
Ability to handle errands and property-related assignments with reliability and professionalism
