We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brunswick, Maine. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations in a construction-focused environment. Job Responsibility:
Perform general office administrative tasks, including maintaining organized records and handling correspondence
Create and update basic Excel reports to support project tracking and operational needs
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients with attention to detail
Answer and manage inbound calls, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed
Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly documented
Assist with receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing front-desk operations
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing construction projects and meet deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software tools
