Job Responsibility:
Manage court administration: prepare, update, distribute, track and file documents, bundles, records and databases (paper and electronic)
Support judiciary and court staff by collecting and delivering files, bundles and hearing lists
Handle correspondence: audio/copy typing, standard letters, forms, acknowledgements, court orders and routine drafting
Process post: open, sort, distribute, collect and dispatch mail
Maintain court resources including the Court Library, e-transcripts and records
Perform data entry, result recording, accuracy checks and basic financial tasks (e.g. jury payments, petty cash)
Monitor and manage office stock, stationery and supplies
