We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our project management team in Piedmont, South Carolina. Job Responsibility:
Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for project managers
Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and project documentation
Create and distribute correspondence, ensuring timely communication within the team
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to project-related information
Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables
Provide back-office support to enhance the efficiency of project workflows
Monitor and track project progress, updating managers as needed
Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative challenges
Support the preparation of reports and presentations for project reviews
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or back-office support roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Familiarity with scheduling and project tracking tools
