We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a Contract position expected to run for approximately 6 weeks, offering an immediate opportunity to contribute in a fast-paced work setting. The role is ideal for someone who communicates effectively, stays organized, and can manage front-desk and administrative tasks with accuracy and care.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office, providing courteous and efficient reception support
Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy while maintaining organized administrative records
Assist with general office coordination, including document handling, filing, and routine clerical support
Support day-to-day administrative activities to help keep office operations running smoothly and efficiently
Prepare, update, and maintain basic reports, logs, and internal documentation as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or general office support role
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts
Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail
Working knowledge of standard administrative office practices and procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple routine tasks efficiently
Proficiency in basic computer and office software applications
Dependable attendance and the ability to begin work immediately for a short-term assignment
