We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Riviera Beach, Florida. In this role, you will support daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and organize daily administrative functions to support the team's operations
Reconcile and Verify CODs
Respond to inbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance
Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Act as a receptionist, welcoming visitors and maintaining a pleasant and attentive office atmosphere
Assist in preparing and maintaining office documents, reports, and records
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishments when necessary
Handle basic correspondence and communication tasks, both internal and external
Support the team in planning and scheduling meetings or appointments
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing customer support
Strong skills in data entry and document management
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries
Ability to work independently and maintain organization in a dynamic environment
Basic Spanish skills are preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in common office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office
