Job Description

Join a well-established law firm as an Administrative Assistant in Honolulu. You’ll provide essential administrative support to attorneys and clients, ensuring efficient daily operations. Preference is given to Hawaii residents due to on-site work requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and manage attorney calendars
  • Greet clients and assist with client intake and document management
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and legal documents
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
  • Support billing and time entry processes
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and internal staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • associate degree preferred
  • Prior administrative experience (legal field a plus)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks
