Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help the office run smoothly and efficiently
Receive and direct incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring messages and inquiries reach the appropriate contacts
Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while maintaining a courteous and organized office environment
Enter, update, and maintain records accurately across office documents and databases
Prepare routine correspondence, files, and general administrative materials as needed by the team
Coordinate scheduling, document handling, and other clerical tasks to support business operations
Maintain organized filing systems and assist with office records to ensure information is easy to access
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts
Experience performing general office administration in a structured, fast-moving environment
Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail
Background in receptionist or front-desk responsibilities
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and meeting daily priorities
