We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Greet visitors and provide a professional first point of contact
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal documents
Order and maintain office supplies
Support departments and leadership with administrative projects as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate degree preferred
1–3+ years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
