Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound calls professionally, ensuring clear communication and accurate message delivery
Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation to ensure easy access and organization
Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date information in company systems
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous manner, managing reception duties effectively
Support office operations by coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed
Prepare reports and presentations as required, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
Assist in correspondence management, including drafting and proofreading emails and letters
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or related roles
Strong skills in answering and managing inbound calls with attention to detail
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting guests and managing front desk operations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage office tasks efficiently
Proficient in using office software and tools for documentation and scheduling
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
