We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant (25 hours a week) to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems (digital and/or physical)
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Provide general support to team members and management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred)
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
